Rulebook

The rules in this rulebook apply from 29 July 2025.

In this rulebook, a provision is understood as a collective provision for a disability. This can be with an insurer or via participation in a crowdsurance/fund.

  1. This subsidy is open to self-employed people in the cultural and creative sectors. Based on the SBI code(s) with which you are registered with the Chamber of Commerce (NL: Kamer van Koophandel (KVK)), we determine whether you belong to the target group. Click on the following link to check whether you are in the target group: SBI target group list.
  2. You can apply for a contribution of up to 12 months toward the costs of your provision if you have a provision at the time of your application.
  3. The contribution is 50% of the monthly costs of the provision, with a maximum of €75 per month for a maximum of 12 months.
  4. The contribution is paid twice. The first time after declaration and the second time 12 months after declaration.
  5. If you have arranged a provision on or after July 1, 2024, you will receive a one-off incentive bonus of €200.
  6. You may only apply once unless we reject your application and ask you to submit a new application. You cannot, therefore, use the subsidy multiple times.
  7. Applications can only be submitted via the designated website. You can only ask questions about the processing of your application via email. There is no telephone help desk.
  8. Within five working days, you will receive an email about whether your application has been approved or rejected. You will receive a separate email if you qualify for the incentive bonus. If your application has been approved, the confirmation email will contain instructions on how to submit a declaration in order to receive your contribution. You will receive the contribution after your application period ends.
  9. The amount of the contribution is determined when the application is processed. This contribution will not change after that. Increases or decreases in the costs of your provision will not be taken into account.
  10. You can declare your contribution up to 12 weeks after the end of your application period. After 12 weeks, the possibility to declare expires.
  11. The contribution is determined on the basis of your declaration, supported by proof of payment towards insurance or crowdsurance/funds, as well as proof of participation in said insurance or crowdsurance/funds.
  12. Applicants may be asked to participate in random samples and general research on employment conditions in the cultural and creative sector.
  13. The application may be rejected if, in Platform ACCT’s opinion, it does not align with the intent of the subsidy.

The government-provided incentive budget for Zelfverzekerd is limited. Applications can be submitted as long as there is budget. Platform ACCT reserves the right to change or terminate the subsidy at any time. Please contact info@oogvoorimpuls.nl if you have any questions about this.
